1. Purpose of the website
The website presents Autoco vehicles and services and enables enquiries. A vehicle, price or finance example shown online is not a legally binding offer. Availability, final price, equipment and contract terms are confirmed separately before a transaction.
2. Vehicle information and purchase
We aim to keep information accurate, but the mileage, equipment and condition of a used vehicle should be checked with the seller before signing. The sales agreement, handover document and any agreed warranty terms are the primary transaction documents.
3. Finance and trade-in
Monthly-payment examples are indicative. Applications are approved by the finance provider following its credit assessment and final terms. A trade-in value is confirmed after inspection.
4. User responsibilities
An enquirer must provide correct contact and vehicle details and must not misuse the website. Commercial copying of site content, photographs or trademarks without permission is prohibited.
5. Consumer rights and complaints
These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights. Questions or complaints may be sent to info@autoco.ee. We aim to respond within 15 days. If a dispute remains unresolved, an Estonian consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
6. Liability and law
Autoco is liable to the extent required by law and the specific contract. Third-party services and links are the responsibility of their providers. Estonian law applies.
